I have been locked out of my blueyonder account.when i try to reset the password the verification screen closes to show the change screen for a second then pops back to the verification screen again so i can not change my password or add an email non virgin ?

Have you tried clearing your Chace and cookies also making sure you are trying on a private/incognito browser?
