emails and outlook

Hi i have had a letter about my account being blocked and need to change password . i have done that  however in outlook i can no longer receive my husbands or my emails although I can on the iPad and my phone . when i try to repair  it I get this message 

we couldn't connect to the incoming IMAP  server using the specified encryption method can anyone help

I'm sorry you're having some issues with your email account

 

Can you please confirm if after resetting the password you're able to access the account via the Virgin website?
