Hi,
I have just managed to get access to the "my virgin media" page after weeks of trying and now i can't access my email off my samsung phone !!. It's saying my password is incorrect, Any ideas please ?

If you are getting that error message from the email app on your phone experience shows that email apps tend to give generic error messages that can often point you in the wrong direction. If an email app fails to connect to the email server for any reason they tend to report that as a password problem. It might be, but it might not 😉
The first thing to do to diagnose the real problem is to try signing into your account directly on the VM website. You can do that from here https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ - enter your email address and when prompted enter the password.
What error message do you get there? It may well be that the VM email account is locked and requires the password to be reset to a new one but the error message will help to determine that.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with connecting your phone to your email.
Can you confirm if you have any log in issues when using the website the log in at all, or is this solely on your phone?

Thanks for your response, I have managed to sort it by using a password that wasn't the one i had wrote down !!!!. I don't understand why it disconnected in the first place but hey ho.
