email

we have an outlook account with ntlworld email this email has been hacked we have had all passwords changed orders from amazon and ebay that we havnt ordered twitter facebook Instagram ebay littlewoods all changed this email has been set up for 20 yrs so we have no clue as to passwords. is there anything we can do to change our email password if we do not know it thankyou

VM customer services should have provided more help than that! 😮

However, in the final two paragraphs of his post, 'Very Insightful Person' 用心棒 provided the advice you need to be able to regain access and secure your Ntlworld email account yourselves. 😉

Try that before going back to VM again.

As for the other online accounts, Amazon, Ebay etc, you will have to contact each organisation directly to secure your online account with them. VM cannot help you with those.
