email

I have had a email from virgin saying important information about your account but it is blank and in true virgin style you cannot get a answer concerning this despite 5 different attempts. has anyone else had a blank email if so how did you resolve it thanks Bill

99.9% chance it is a failed scam/phishing attempt. Delete and ignore.

Did it come from an email address like this 'virginmedia  @email' rather than @virginmedia.com? In any event it sounds a lot like the one mentioned here:

As Graham_A has said - Delete and ignore.
