I cannot access my email via the web, all I get is thi after clicking sign in

Then eventually a time-out message

Try pressing Ctrl + Shift + R to bypass browser's cache when reload page

No difference, here it is on a Macbook, using Safari.

On macOS try ⌘ + Shift + R instead.

Does the issue persist when using a Private browser windows; press ⌘ + Shift + N?

It doesn't matter which OS/Browser combination I use, all the same issue

We aren't aware of any issues with webmail currently that would cause the page not to load. 

Just to check please, are you able to access your emails on any third party mail apps?

Yes, I can access my mail using various 3rd party apps.
