I have recently tried accessing my email as I require it for 2fa. However when I go to access it keeps saying email unavailable try again in one hour etc. I admit I haven't used this email in some time as my primary method for 2fa was to call my house phone, unfortunately this is no longer possible. I have called customer services twice now and the issue has still not been resolved. When I phoned them today for the second time i was told that the email I was trying to access had been terminated and that there were no other emaill addresses linked to this account. I set up a secondry account and tried adding the address I need for 2fa but tells me this address is already in use. can someone please help as I am locked out of my entertainment hub until 11/01/21 unless i can get this matter resolved.
In the initial body of text above I digressed from adding that the customer service member I spoke to today, while setting up my secondary account disconnected the call. My guess was he didn't know how to resolve the problem. The previous interaction allowed me to discover I was using the wrong user name to access my email, as I didn't know the they were one in the same. As the email account has been terminated, why can't I add the address I require on my secondary account? Considering I was told over the phone that no addresses were connected to the terminated account.
