i have been getting the "Your mailbox is not available at the moment." message for weeks now, whenever i try to logi. I cannot access via IMAP/POP either. Tried changing password etc. how do i get this fixed?
If you have not been able to get this resolved by calling the number given in the message you will need to wait for the VM Forum Team to reach this thread. That could be up to a week, given the current queue levels.
