email - unable to send/receive one device

Hi  -  I am unable to send or receive emails in an email program on my laptop. I have four email addresses on the laptop, three work ok one doesn't.  The account that doesn't work is OK on my phone and using the VM webmail. It is just the one account on the laptop.  I've checked the IMAP settings and these all seem fine
