I have received an email supposedly from Virgin saying that my email box was nearly full and to click on.

Reads similar to that flagged as phishing email by Int-Sec here Latest Phishing News 11/05/2022 - Virgin Media Community - 5011358 but if not then forward to phishing@virginmedia.com and delete; if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.
