Let's be frank. You wait months before telling us about this and then you bump posts. All that does is put you to the back of the queue. and has delayed resolution even further into the future.
Your mailbox has been locked, probably because VM has detected that your credentials are being used to send spam because they have been disclosed to the spammers.
The team here can try to unlock the mailbox but first of all you need to change the password in My Virginmedia. The wait here for the Forum Team to reach your thread and do their bit.
