email not sending

so, after being in hospital with covid, I found that my virgin account had been disconnected, I paid off my debt and setup a new account, I was told that my email would be transferred to my new account along with my secondary email. Everything worked for over 3 months but as of yesterday my email will not send on all accounts. After speaking to several people at VM  (queue waiting over an hour at times) It appears that VM forgot to transfer my email to my new account, i was told it shouldn't be a problem to fix. But over 24 hrs later still nothing...I need this email desperately for my work. Any help out there at all other than that from incompetent VM team members?
