Not able to access one of the email accounts [MOD EDIT: REMOVED] for nearly two weeks now. Managed to get through to a representative last weekend who was unable to fix the fault but escalated the problem to IT and promised a response within five days. However no response as yet and gave up trying to get through this morning after waiting an hour!

Sorry to hear that you have been having issues accessing your emails. If it's with IT there may be very little we can do till that's resolved, but I'll send you a private message to confirm your account details and see if we can reset things from here.
