Thanks for your post and I'm terribly sorry to see you've been having issues with your E-Mail account. Are you able to access this through our website, or are you possibly referring to an issue you're experiencing through a third party application?
Through the website. My second Virgin Media mailbox doesn't work either, as I keep getting a message saying cookies are disabled in your browser which is not the case.
