email login fail on apple devices

Email is working fine on PC with google chrome and also my husband's iphone via the normal email account mode but  I cannot sign into my account on safari on any of my apple devices. I've tried a private viewing page and deleting the sign from my saved passwords and then signed in again. Then the usual 3 dots appear and the login fails. Only started today after new sign in page

Re: email login fail on apple devices

Does the login fail or timeout; if the latter try refresh the web  page?

Re: email login fail on apple devices

… and does it time out or fail?

Does the issue also occur with private browsing enabled (press + Shift + N)?

Re: email login fail on apple devices

Yep. Just started yesterday with new sign in page. on one iPhone emails come through automatically but if you try to login via a web browser it times out without any option to login.

Re: email login fail on apple devices

I too am now experience the issues mentioned in your post and this is likely due to **Intermittent Email Issue: POP3**; the post's title is misleading as the issue covers webmail authentication issue, IMAP and SMTP.
