good morning Matt, afraid that didn't work, i requested a reset on my new email, got a reply, opened in incognito and got a message about my original email address - Link expired!, the link in the email we sent to s*m*o*e@b*u*y*n*e*.co.uk has now expired. this was not the email i requested a new password
