email locked out

my ntlworld email address seems to have been locked out. Please could someone advise how we can get this unlocked

The Community members and VM staff will need more information in order to suggest the way forward.

  • Are you a current Virginmedia broadband customer.
  • Is the email address concerned linked to your current VM account
  • What error message are you seeing to make you think your account has been locked?

I am a Virginmedia broadband customer. Its linked to my current ntlworld.com account I can get to my account details but cannot access email. I get the following error message. I've changed my password without any issues but still cant get access to my email.

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
