Our old blueyonder email has been hacked and is being used by the hacker.

We need to remove the account asap thanks in advance

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your old email address being hacked.

Can I just confirm that you no longer have an active service with us?

If so, I can send you a private message to pass security, then its just a case of our IT Team deleting this email.

We still have Virgin TV package we just need to delete the blueyonder email account

I'd like to take a look into getting this email deleted for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
