email hacked on 15-06 and on top of that this outage

This is going on for far too long. My prone is also not receiving emails. I am going to write to which and consider taking legal action. I have received promises that are not comp-lied with put through endless conversations and security checks and only some of the staff understand. I will be writing to which and hope they will publish the dreadful experience I have been subjected to so that readers become aware of the abysmal service. And of course the bill keep being sent.
