I cannot view my ntlworld emails on the web browser anymore.
I don't have broadband/tv anymore as they couldn't connect to my new address (moved July last year). I do use virgin mobile for my mobile phone/family phones.
Can anyone explain why I can't login?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when attempting to view your emails.
Once a customer leaves Virgin Media, their email address is deactivated. In most cases, this is within 90 days.
Unfortunately once the account is deactivated, we are unable to reinstate it.

Thank you for your reply. Is the email deactivated even if I have virgin mobile?No one told me this. I have important contacts on there. Is there nothing to be done?
I am afraid you would need to have an active broadband account in order to retain the email address.
