My NTL email address has gone or should I say my second one , why and how do I get it back please

A couple of questions to help find an answer.

1) Are you still a Virginmedia customer if you are not then see https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Orphan-Email-accounts/td-p/3492073 ?

2) Is this a primary or secondary account ?

3) When did you last access it ?

4) Have you tried too log in too webmail at https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/email/mailbox ?

5) Have you had anytime after the account setup when you were not a customer ?

Still a virgin customer and never left ,it’s a second account , last was able to use it several months ago , I have been into my virgin account and found so other email addresses that belonged to my son and daughter and I have my primary account that was my sign into virgin  media , the one I have lost is the one I used most

I seem to have lost it when I lost essentials after installing windows 10

I wanted to pop back into public with you because I think the issues that you are having with the 3rd party app maybe better being asked to the wider community who have a superior knowledge of this.
