I noticed that my Virginmedia email account is still active even though it’s been 4 months since I left Virgin. I’d like it closed asap please because it’s not meant to stay active beyond 90 days. How do I request for this to be done?

I am sorry for the delayed reply. Normally they do get auto-deleted after 90 days you're correct. It must have been missed.
Not to worry, I'll send a PM to get some details, then raise it with IT to delete the email address. Their timescales are 3-5 working days.
