Since Sunday 13/09/20 I have noticed that I keep getting a prompt to fix my ntlworld email account. I use Windows Mail and all my accounts are there, but I keep getting told to either update my password and/or sync my account as it is having issues connecting.
When I attempted to fix my password on the Virgin Media website (sign in) It refused to accept my information. My mobile accepts my old password and so does VM email sign-in.
