Hello. I have lost access to my email account, tried certain actions but truthfully do not know where to start. When trying to access my email in the usual manner I get a message stating Page expired ??

There is a current fault with the VM log in process. See here:
You should still be able to access your email account via a third party email client or app such as Thunderbird or Outlook.
