Your mailbox is not available at the moment. had this message for 5 days when trying to access primary email account. secondary account working fine.
Have you first checked on a different browser - or clear the history in your preferred browser. That sometimes works. Follow the steps set out here: virgin-media-mail-my-email-account-is-locked
If that doesn't get you back in to your mailbox, wait here for a Forum Team member to assist. They should be able to check the status of the account for you after first obtaining some details from you via Private Message.
