e-mail has been hacked

My e mail stopped working last week- just after my Instagram was hacked- I cant get help as cant sign into my account- the security questions dont work-which makes me think the account has been hacked.

I cant get through on Virgin Media Whats App or phone numbers as I don't have any other Virgin products so their questions dont cover me re mobile/broadband/TV or home phone.. -I want to speak to someone -any suggestions

If by having no other Virginmedia products you mean you don't have a Virginmedia broadband contract, then they have finally got round to closing the email account. They only provide email for broadband customers.
