I'm sorry to hear that your old email account has been compromised an for the phishing emails you've been receiving. We should be able to delete your email address without any problems. Can you please confirm whether it is attached to a deactivated account or not?
Thanks for getting back to me to confirm - that's correct. We should have no problem deleting the email for you in this case. All email accounts that aren't attached to an active subscription should be deleted 90 days after the disconnection date however sometimes it can take longer before they're deleted permanently.
