Welcome to our Community - cheers for your first ever post. This is certainly something we can assist you with; it can only be done manually from our end. There are some exceptions though.
Is the email address in question linked to an active Virgin Media account? If so, if it is the primary email address, we cannot delete this. If it is linked to an active account but is a secondary email address, we can request that this is removed.
Is the email address linked to an older no longer active Virgin Media account? If so, we can get this removed for you. All email addresses should be deleted within 90 days of you leaving our family - on occasion if the email address is still being activity used, it can miss the sweep and remain active.
You can check if the email address in question is indeed active or not by checking at Mailtester.com
Please do pop back if your email address falls under the categories that we can perform the removal and we'll do all we can to help you out.
As you are not the account holder, we cannot assist you with this request. Your boss would need to contact us directly so we can pass security with them directly. We can then lodge the IT ticket needed.
