tried all the help suggestions from virgin apple to no avail I have Ntlworld email accounts but keeps coming back as wrong user name and password any help to resolve this frustrating problem would be gratefully received

yes set up a new email address using virginmedia,com one but still same problem its on the outgoing SMTP server that's refusing us to send emails from android iPad and iPhone
