cant send email, saying contains spam content ?

I know this is an old thread but was this ever resolved? My parents have the same problem. VM are useless, saying its not their issue but it def is. 18 hours we have spent on the phone this week. Been cut off more times, my mother has been in tears with the way they have been spoken to. Asked if they could cancel contract and the lady was so rude.  Twitter is just as bad, BBC Watchdog have even private messaged me to see if they can speak to us.

Cannot send any emails except to their own email, mobile works fine. Same message SMTP602 server error.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You have yo get one of the moderators on here to investigate it.

calling / direct to Virgin useless. The tech team did fix it and it took approx 6 days.
