cant log into my blueyonder account

from a couple of days ago i can no longer log into my blueyonder account is there other issues happening at the mo

There is no general problem.  In order to assist, we need more just a teensy bit more information.

  • Are you a current VM broadband customer?
  • Is the blueyonder address linked to your billing account?  It would show on the my profile page or manage accounts tab (see photos).
  • Can you log into your billing account?
  • Are you trying to access VM webmail?
  • Or using an email client?  Which client?
  • What error message do you get?  You can post a picture of the screen, but obscure any personal details.
  • Have you tried anything to fix it?
  • Have you changed (or tried to change) your billing or email password?
