Are you trying to connect with an email app or by webmail? Is this email address linked to a current Virginmedia broadband account?

yes it is,its an ntlworld address

Have you tried using both an email app and a webmail browser?  What messages do you get?

Sorry to hear that you're having email access issues. 

Do you get this issue when logging in through our webmail or are you using a client such as gmail or outlook to access your emails?
