cant access this account

Hi,

I keep getting this popup "your blueyonder account settings are out of date", when i try updadting or snching it doesnt recognise my password

Please Help

Is this message appearing for you through web-mail or through a client (Outlook, Gmail, Apple mail etc)?

Hi Emily

The message pops up in Outlook 10 & then when i go into mail it tells me it cant sync

Its strange that i just had a major outlook 10 update a couple of days ago

Have you tried resetting your password via your online account at all to see if that helps? 

 

Are you still able to access your emails via y our online email account?

Hi,

Well i cant sign in to my email online account, - it tells me my username or password is incorrect, which it isnt as it all that info is saved through google chrome

I can see the emails that were downloaded from the server before the issue started but i havent had anything since Friday evening

Just to clarify what Katie_WT means about changing your password.

You can use the "Forgotten your password?" link on the signin page to create a new password. vm email sign in fyp.jpg

You will need to supply your memorable information when prompted. If the answers get rejected, try typing them in UPPER CASE.

Just go to the sign in page, do not enter your username and password. If they are prefilled from google just delete them.

Once those two fields are blank, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link and then enter your username (your full email address) when prompted.

That will take you through the change password routine.

This is even weirder, it doesnt like my mums maiden name or my DOB

Am i the only one that having this problem!!
