cant access blueyonder emails

any info to access my blueyonder acc. can access via mobile,but not on laptop. Been on since 1pm today via whatsapp, selected a new password ,was told to wait 2 hrs,still no joy.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account at the moment. Are you accessing your emails via webmail or an email client such as Outlook, if you're using webmail, please advise what happens, when you try to login to your email account, are you getting any error messages, when you try to access your account?
