Can someone help me please? I cannot send from my e-mail programs on pc. Windows edge and outlook. They are receiving but not sending. I have spoken with your tech on the phone and as soon as they can send from online thats it as far as they say. So I logged into my main account online, went into e-mails, tried to change the passwords for those but get the following message : “validation of server imap.ntlworld.com failed due to invalid credentials”. Please can someone help me fix this? Thanks.

however if not you will see: ⋮ < 535 5.7.8 Authentication Credentials Invalid (VM300) * Closing connection 0 curl: (67) Login denied What VM code do you see; in the example above it is VM300? Please do not be tempted to post more than the requested curl output as you will likely reveal your email address and password."
If you get the Error Vm305 then there is something on yourr home network that is sending spam out of port 25 and you will need to follow -
You can check your listing yourself but there is no point requesting removal until you have found and deleted the spambot. https://www.spamhaus.org/query and type in your external IP you can gets this my typing "whats my ip" into google.

the wireshark never showed anything wrong. I was able to manage to finally change my main account password with the help of a tech. Within a day all now are working again?? Thanks for your help though, I do appreciate it
