Sorry to hear that you're not able to send emails at this time. 

Do you also have the same issue when sending emails through your online account and webmail or is it just an issue on a Mail app for you?

So online through website if fine and it is only the mail app that is having the issues sending emails? 

Let me know how you get on with your other device. I would advise not posting images that contain personal information on them. The moderators will remove them, but you can black out any visible sensitive information before posting screenshots you'd like to share.
