Last week I posted a message asking for help on behalf of my mother that cannot access her emails
I have just tried to log into my own email but low and behold it doesn't recognise my username or password
I only logged into the email at the end of last week and I don't know what has happened since
Can someone please help as I know there is one email in which I have received that I need to address so I need to get this sorted out asap
Is this the same blueyonder address you were having problems with two years ago?
Can you confirm that you have a Virgin Media broadband account and that the email address concerned is correctly linked to it?

that was my mother email address a couple of years ago
this one is mine (first time that this has happened) and we have a broadband account and both email address are linked to the account

Please can you try to access your mailbox again, I have been able to access your account and re-enable both of the mailboxes on there. Please try to log in and let me know if it works or not.
