cannot access VM mailbox

Hello

Unable to access my main VM mailbox since Thursday, keep getting this message:

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

I am a Virgin Media broadband customer and the email address is linked to my VM secondary account.

Looking at other similar posts, it seems that the VM forum team might be able to help me unlock my email account?

Hi FShep, thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you're unable to access your mail box.  Are you referring to trying to access via the webmail or via a 3rd party client?  E.G Outlook.

@Lee_R  As far a I know that error message is unique to the VM webmail platform.

Thanks @Graham_A.  We have had a couple this past few days where the account holder is actually able to access their very same email address no problems via their client but not the website (which feels like a first as it's usually the other way round) but I just wanted to be sure.

Yes, just to clarify, this is via VM webmail, I don't use a third party client.

Can I provide you with any more details?

Thanks, the situation you describe seems to be the case with the 403 Forbidden issue which sometimes occurs after a mailbox has been unlocked by the team.

As far as I'm aware, no one in the team has unlocked my mailbox yet, I'm hoping that they will be able to do so for me.
