I am a Virgin Media broadband customer and the email address is linked to my VM secondary account.
Looking at other similar posts, it seems that the VM forum team might be able to help me unlock my email account?
Thanks @Graham_A. We have had a couple this past few days where the account holder is actually able to access their very same email address no problems via their client but not the website (which feels like a first as it's usually the other way round) but I just wanted to be sure.
