bounceback email

Hi,

I hope someone can help, please? I am receiving a message when sending an email to a particular virginmedia email address. the message is "Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond"

below are the details;

1/13/2021 4:38:20 PM - Server at AM5PR0901MB1443.eurprd09.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 451 4.4.398 Error communicating with frontend host. -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
1/13/2021 3:45:12 PM - Server at mx.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net (212.54.56.11) returned '451 4.4.398 Error communicating with frontend host. -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

is anyone able to help please, as I cannot find any details for technical support?

Are you sending the emails via a 3rd party app or via webmail?

Can you try sending the email going though the virgin webmail and see if it sends?

Hi,

apologies, I need to add a little more info. the problem occurs when sending from our company domain to the virginmedia email address. it takes 24 hours to get the bounce back message.

Thank you for coming back to me, are you able to let me know the way you are having issues?  With VM email sending our or 3rd party email/domain/website sending mail to VM.
