blueyonder members unable to email our domain

Hello,

We are getting complaints from blueyonder users (which I guess are now Virgin users) that they are unable to email our domain.

It is a domain that we have linked to a fastmail account:

It seems that VM is bouncing the messages before it gets to us, with a reply like this (which they have forwarded to me via an email address which I have on a different domain):

    Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:  RE: test message
Sent:     19/11/2020 09:15

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'Paul Roberts' on 19/11/2020 09:15
552 5.7.0 SPAM Content Found (VM603) fg20kmrK4ahYrfg21kPxPS

If anyone is able to help us debug this, I'd really appreciate it.

Do you have an email address I can send a test mail to?

Be aware that I'm not a VM employee, although the VIP program is endorsed by them.  If you would like me to try, drop me a PM with the address.

I did try sending to your postmaster address from both Webmail and email client (Outlook 365) using my Blueyonder email address, and neither were rejected.

I've sent you two emails one from my Blueyonder webmail and one from my Blueyonder account via Outlook.  Neither appear to have bounced.

Just private message me with an e-mail address I can send to.  Absolute confidentiality guaranteed. The VM603 error keeps cropping up but is usually personal to an individual and something they are sending which triggers the outgoing mail spam filters.

I've done a test email as well to the two protagonists in this case. Happy to help. One of the protagonists has replied and the mail has been marked by VM as spam. I haven't looked at the header yet.  But that is an unexpected result.

Here is the header (relevant portions) from the reply I had which VM marked as spam. I can read headers, just about. And I can't see for the life of me why this one was marked as spam. Tim will be able. I don't think the problems we have seen with mail being rejected as spam are linked but this is interesting.
