I've not been able to access my blueyonder email for nearly a month. Changed my password several times, completely new ones. Tried calling but no real help. Read the other threads. Can someone from VM please help.
Please post the exact error message you are seeing.
The fact that you have been able to change the password suggests that you can see the blueyonder address when signed into your primary My Virgin Media account. Even so please confirm you have a current VM broadband account.

Yes I have a virgin media account bundle including broadband.
Can access and view my media account but sill no joy with the email
Just logged in and the message has changed. Sounds a bit more hopeful:

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
