blueyonder mail / folders

Hi,

On my laptop etc in my blueyonder email account I can create folders so I can archive mail.

However, on my android phone I can't see the folders.  Is there a way I can get to see the folders the same as I can when I'm on my laptop?

Many thanks

Re: blueyonder mail / folders

Make sure to have an up to date backup before checking that the Android email client is configured to use IMAP; following maybe of help: How do I update my Virgin Media Mail settings on an Android device?

Re: blueyonder mail / folders

I did try going from pop3 to imap and changing the port on incoming but it didn't seem to work....but I only left it a little while before cancelling, perhaps it was downloading all the folders?

I'll try again later today

Thank you

Re: blueyonder mail / folders

tried going from pop3 to imap and from port 995 to 993

just fails to connect but will on port 995

I still can't see any folders, so unless I have to delete the app and start again with new account?

Re: blueyonder mail / folders

Deletion of app should not be required. Instead remove the account and re-add it; FYI Add or remove an account on Android
