blueyonder email stopped working 3 weeks ago

Have had this blueyonder email  address for 15+ years without problems.

stopped loading 3 weeks ago, cannot send or receive.still with virgin media but did leave for short period a few years ago.

numerous calls to virgin to sort but no luck.apparently with technical team now but that took over 2 weeks to get from customer services to them

That email would have been officially discontinued after you left Virgin.  Unless you asked for a transfer, it would not have been connected to your new account when you rejoined. 

You can check if it still exists by looking under your Profile at MyVirginMedia.
