I have spent about 10 hours of my time in the last week trying to sort this out. No access to my emails on any computer or my phone or even webmail. I am running a business and losing money everyday because of this. Its impossible to get anyone from virgin on the phone or to respond by any other means. I have started the laborious process of informing everyone that I need to change email addresses which is a nightmare, business cards, letter heads etc This is potentially costing me thousands of pounds.
the real comedy is that to sign up to this message community i needed to use an alternate email address, can't use my blueyonder email !!!!
