I am a paying customer with a blueyonder.co.uk email.
Email has not worked since December 12th. Logging in just takes me to:
It is not a password issue, if I use the wrong password then I get an appropriate message.
I called 150 but they told me to use the 0345 number which never seems to get answered.
The Message link on the contact page does not do anything (it's not a browser issue, I've looked at the code and there is no link there).
I could write a letter but that won't arrive until the New Year.
Hopefully somebody from Support scans these messages and will get back to me.

I am sorry to hear you have been having problems using your email since the 12th December.
Can you please confirm how you you are accessing your email? Also has the email address been accessed regularly over the past few months?
