Despite contacting Virgin on 3 occasions I'm still locked out. I spoken to 3 different members of staff who haven't been able sort it out. I have been promised that I would be contacted in 24 hours on 2 occasions but that didn't happen. Made a complain via their website which seem to be ignored.
I haven't found no way to speak to a human to get answers where they are at solving my problem.
To stay polite I would say I'm disappointed
