How do I view email attachments list in numerical order on Mac OS. There does not appear to be an option in the "Sort" drop down menu?

Regrettably attachment list order cannot be changed; they are displayed in the order the sender attached them.

Consider asking the sender to attach them in the order they expect the recipient to consume them.

That's interesting because I am both the sender and the recipient - however, in order to send the attachments via my email to a third party, I expected to view the attachments in the same order as I organised them on my Mac....

If appropriate can you post the filenames and order of attachment to see if issue is reproducible.

Aha! I thought I had tried every SORT option but it has organised correctly when I changed it from LIST to COLUMNS. Thank you for your help!
