Hi, a family member can access her mailbox, says "Your mailbox is not available at the moment" this has been like this for over a week...
Changed password etc but still can't access her mail.
The account has probably been locked as a security precaution.
As you have changed the password the Forum Team should be able to unlock the account.
However, it may be a day or two before they get to this thread.
