Hi

When I try to send an an email with an attachment using webmail in Microsoft Edge and Firefox, I get the message "Your session was invalidated. Please login again."

My Anti-Virus is AVG Ultimate. This has only started happening in the last month.

I have checked with AVG and they temporarily switched my Anti-Virus off and I still could not send an email with an attachment so it is definitely not the Anti-Virus that is causing the problem.

It happens via a web browser be it Microsoft Edge, Google or Firefox etc.

At present Microsoft Office along with the app on my phone are both ok for sending attachments.

With View > Folder view enabled in webmail, do you notice a progress graphic similar to that highlighted below when sending?

When I try to send an email with an attachment it sometimes appears but then I get the error message.

It always appears when I send an email with attachment successfully.

Hi KeithLeonard, thanks for getting back to us.

Sorry you're having issues with email service.  Just for clarification, do you mean the emails with the attachments are still successfully being sent by yourself and received by the recipients?

Hi Lee

When I try to send emails with attachments. They won't send and I get the message "Your session was invalidated. Please login again"

Also my emails keep flashing and returning to my Inbox especially when I am trying to compose an email. 

I also keep on getting the Ox App site Web page popping up.

I have tried several browsers, and still get the same problems no matter which browser I use.

Does the issue occur when using your browser's Incognito / Private mode?
