I am trying to access my emails on the official virgin media webmail. This is using Google chrome on my laptop. But the emails have also stopped coming through on my iPhone Mail app aswell.
We managed to speak to someone on the phone from VM yesterday. He said there was a lock on the email account which he struggled to remove. So he had to forward it onto the IT team who were supposed to call me back today but have heard nothing.
I’ve been without access to my emails for a few days now & it’s very important I get this resolved as soon as possible please.
