Your mailbox is not available

I have been unable to access my virgin media email accounts (I have 2 under @ntlworld.com) for a couple of days now.

When I try to access emails on my desktop - Error Message: Your mailbox is not available at the moment, please try again in 1 hour.

And my emails will not work on my phone either.

Please help me as soon as possible!

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issue with your email services.  

 

Are you trying to access the emails on webmail or via a 3rd party app?

Thank you for responding.

I am trying to access my emails on the official virgin media webmail. This is using Google chrome on my laptop. 
But the emails have also stopped coming through on my iPhone Mail app aswell.

We managed to speak to someone on the phone from VM yesterday. He said there was a lock on the email account which he struggled to remove. So he had to forward it onto the IT team who were supposed to call me back today but have heard nothing.

I’ve been without access to my emails for a few days now & it’s very important I get this resolved as soon as possible please.

My email addresses with VM are:
